What exactly do you do?

I offer 1:1 support for solo entrepreneurs who want help making decisions, solving problems, staying focused, or simply talking things through. It’s part coaching, part sounding board, part practical problem-solving.

Is this coaching or consulting?

It’s somewhere in between. I don’t give you a template or tell you what to do - but I also won’t just ask you open-ended questions and leave you there. I help you think clearly, make decisions, and move forward in a way that feels right for you.

What can I bring to a session?

Anything that’s getting in your way — stuck decisions, a messy to-do list, overwhelm, a business challenge you can’t see clearly, or something you just need to talk out loud with someone who gets it.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Nope. Everything is pay-as-you-go. You can book a single session or build in regular support if you want it. The only set program is the 6-week Acceleration Package (and that’s designed to give you a boost, not lock you in).

How do I know if this is right for me?

That’s what the free 30-minute intro call is for. We’ll talk about where you’re at, what kind of support might help, and whether this is the right fit - no pressure, no push.

How do I book?

We’ll start with a free 30-minute connect session - just a relaxed chat to see if it feels like the right fit.

After that, you can choose the type of support that suits your energy, schedule, and needs. I offer three flexible support options:

  • Monthly sessions

  • Bi-weekly sessions

  • Weekly sessions

I also offer deep-dive sessions if that’s something you’re looking for.

Everything is pay-as-you-go, so there’s no obligation to commit.
That said, the more regularly you book, the more value you get — which is why the per-session rate decreases as frequency increases.
